| Alright, here we go again. In No Mercy, in vs., if your infected, heres a way to either
1:stop the survivors from ever moving
or
2:slow them down a LOT (and thats only if they are really smart and figure out how to move it.
what to do: Once your in the part of the no mercy campaign where you first enter the hospital, go to the sewers.
once there go to the one room thats in the middle of the sewer system where the team usually finds T2 weapons and sometimes pills or a medkit, it's a pretty big and one of the only rooms in the sewers and you have to go through it to finish the level so if you don't know what room i'm talking about, i'm sorry to tell you you're out-o-luck.
Anyway, once there, basically hit the standing construction light, no worries if it falls over it needs to anyway, over to the small tunnel they need to walk through.
Basically once it's there, and yes it may take a long long time so if you decide to do it run there first thing the maps loads up, start getting that light into the tunnel.
hit the light until it's lodged all the way back at the first 90 degree angle turn.
the light now is too big to jump over and they can not get past, usually
what will happen: if the survivors are unlucky they wont be able to move it and you can slowly kill them off
if they are lucky they will get it turned around the corner and spend 10 minutes trying to get it through the rest of the tunnel, which if they get it around the corner they most likely will
either way, in the end they will have a lot less health than when they started 
the picture below is a group who got lucky and moved surprisingly fast
