| mapped for like 30 minutes today but got alot done:
hedge wall from earlier lol
added a building to cut off the cliffs
awesome looking building, wtf it is idk though:
front of awesome building
more shit
thats all, this was redisigned so its not a cruesendo but it leads to a cruesendo. The cruesendo is this big church across the river but the bridge is broken. so, u shoot off an cannon which hits a large cross creating a bridge but also attrackting the horde.
I also did some concept art but my scanner is broken and I need new batteries for my camera lol. |

| Ok these are what I like to call 60 second stories. They are the back stories to the characters in a brief amount of writing so we can get a feel of what the player is, who they are, and what they act like.
First is the Blacksmith:
Born and raised by a drunk he kept in mind the saying 'like father like son'. As a child he dreamed of becoming a noble hero but was quickly apprenticed by the local blacksmith. A natural, he forged the finest weapons for miles and in his free time he would often practice wielding the blades he forged. Still, the dream of becoming a valiant warrior lingered in the depths of his mind, driving him near insane. He found that his only cure was a pint of beer and a chug of rum, when the virus hit his survival was pure luck. Having an all too painful hangover, he ducked inside a dark lonely room, oblivious to the chaos outside. Upon feeling revitalized he headed south to deliver the weapons to a client. When one of his blacksmithing friends try to grab hold of him with it's tongue, he realized something was a-rye. Luckily his path intertwined with three other survivors who were also headed south.
Bar Maid:
A low class citizen she grew up in the stables, her life was hard but grew respectively easier when she began to work at the local pub. Beautiful and cunning, she learned to defend herself from drunken perverts and brawlers. Her nights were long and surprisingly dangerous, always having to duck from flung beer steins in an instant. When the plague hit, she used here beauty and wit to secure shelter with a local nobleman. But when the nobleman's lust proved just as dangerous as the tanks did outside, she fled, heading south seeking safer refuge.
The Knight:
A dangerous and mysterious man, the knight keeps much of his past to himself. He was believed to be an ex-templar, he used his superior combat skills to acquire pay as an assassin or guard. When the disease hit he kept his composure and headed south in search of a rumored ship supposedly headed to the new world. Though a loner, the knight fought many battles in attempt to save the innocent from the infection. Up until he met with the others, he had failed to save any lives from falling to the side of the infected.
The Peasant:
The peasant was raised by his older sister because his parents succumbed to the illness at an early stage. His home was small, cramped, and made of mud. He married young and had three children, but tragically he watched as all of his kin died at the hands of the mindless. His family mutated right before his eyes, forcing him to take action. He brandished an Axe, and sought forth to destroy what he had once created. Losing himself into an abyss of depression and self-destructive behavior he sulked for weeks on end, and ,finally hitting rock bottom, he took a vow to avenge his family. An odd man had once told him about a pious healer South of his land, whom he thought could help cure the plague. But on arrival, he found monsters circling the healer's home. With a glaze in his eyes, in the name of his fallen linage, he struck after them blow after blow with his Axe. After the bloodshed had subsided, his path intertwined with three others. He befriended them, finding new meaning and a new family.
So those are the 60 second stories, can you get an idea of who the characters are?

| [Edited most of the stories for grammar problems and sentence structure. As well as added new background for the Peasant - did not make sense or provide worth to his character.]
Hopefully you like what I did with it, just too many mistakes and erroneous structure.
